How do I create an account?

Download the BuzzMatch app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email or phone number and complete your profile. Brands will need to verify their business license, and creators will need to verify their identity.

How does payment work?

BuzzMatch uses a semi-escrow payment system. When a brand creates a campaign, payment is held securely until the creator delivers the content and the brand approves it. This protects both parties and ensures fair transactions.

What are the platform fees?

BuzzMatch charges a 7.5% platform fee on campaign value, plus standard payment processing fees. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any campaign.

How do I resolve a dispute?

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the other party through our in-app messaging. If that doesn't work within 48 hours, you can raise a formal dispute. Our support team will review and help resolve the issue. For disputes under SAR 10,000, BuzzMatch may provide binding resolutions.

What content is prohibited?

We prohibit illegal products, misleading claims, harmful content, and anything that violates Saudi cultural and religious values. All content must comply with Saudi advertising standards. Alcohol, gambling, and inappropriate imagery are strictly prohibited.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings. All outstanding payments must be settled first. Your data will be deleted within 90 days of your deletion request, except for financial records which we retain for 7 years as required by law.
