11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Users must first attempt direct communication through platform messaging. Good faith negotiation period of 48 hours required before formal dispute. Either party may raise formal dispute through platform interface. Automatic escalation after 48 hours without resolution. BuzzMatch may impose binding resolutions for disputes under SAR 10,000. Unresolved disputes escalated to Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
12. PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
- Platform facilitates transactions but is not party to campaigns
- No liability for user-generated content or campaign outcomes
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months
- No consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
- Users indemnify platform for their content and actions
SECTION 6: SAUDI-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE
16. ADVERTISING LAW COMPLIANCE
- All content must comply with Saudi advertising standards
- Prohibited: alcohol, gambling, inappropriate imagery
- Health/medical claims require proper authorization
- Financial services content requires SAMA compliance
- Influencers must disclose material connections to brands
