Users must first attempt direct communication through platform messaging. Good faith negotiation period of 48 hours required before formal dispute. Either party may raise formal dispute through platform interface. Automatic escalation after 48 hours without resolution. BuzzMatch may impose binding resolutions for disputes under SAR 10,000. Unresolved disputes escalated to Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
